What is the process to provide once-off information to a third party?
If you authorise us to provide once-off information to a third party, please:
- Complete Superhero’s Authority to Operate Account Form.
- For Share Trading: tick the second box under section 3
- For Superannuation: tick the third box under section 3
- Both you and the third party will need to provide either a clear photo of themselves holding primary photo identification or a certified photo ID dated within the last year
Please submit your request, including the attachments to this form.
How can I access information about my client or someone I am representing?
This must be authorised by the account owner. Please advise them of these steps.
- The account owner must complete Superhero’s Authority to Operate Account Form.
- For Share Trading: tick the second box under section 3
- For Superannuation: tick the third box under section 3
- Both the member and the third party will need to provide either a clear photo of themselves holding primary photo identification or a certified photo ID dated within the last year
- The member can submit their request, including the attachments to this form.
