How do I authorise a third party to view my account or transact on my behalf?
If you authorise us to provide view-only access to your Superhero account, please:
- Ask the third-party to set up a Superhero account in their name.
- Complete Superhero’s Authority to Operate Account Form and tick the first box under section 3
- Both you and the third party will need to provide either a clear photo of themselves holding primary photo identification or a certified photo ID dated within the last year
- Please submit the request, including the attachments to this form.
- Once approved, we will link the third-party’s personal account to your account for view-only access.
Please note: view-only access will provide the third-party with the ability to view account information and download reports, however, they cannot make any transactions on your behalf.

How can I view my client’s account or transact on their behalf?
For view-only access, you will need to set up a personal Superhero Trading.
Once created, you will need to ensure the account owner authorises this request. Please advise them of these next steps:
- Complete Superhero’s Authority to Operate Account Form and tick the first box under section 3
- Both you and member will need to provide either a clear photo of themselves holding primary photo identification or a certified photo ID dated within the last year
- Please submit your request, including the attachments to this form.
- Once approved, we will link your personal account to the members’ for view only access.
If the account holder is incapacitated and you hold a Power of Attorney, please call us on 1300 675 148.
