Is there a cooling-off period for TermPlus on Superhero?
If you change your mind about your TermPlus investment, you may have 14 days to cancel it and receive your funds back, however this is subject to certain conditions.

What if I need to withdraw my funds from TermPlus early?
TermPlus is a fixed-term investment, and withdrawals are not permitted until the end of your selected term. Before investing, you should ensure you are comfortable committing your funds for the full 1, 2, or 5-year period.
However, if you are experiencing financial hardship or require urgent access to your funds, you may make a request for an early withdrawal. This request must be submitted in writing via email to support@termplus.com.au and should include specific details regarding your request and the reason for seeking early access.

Can I withdraw my funds anytime?
TermPlus operates on fixed investment terms of 1, 2, or 5 years. Because funds are committed for the full duration of the term, early withdrawals are restricted.
If you require urgent access to your funds or are experiencing financial hardship, you may submit a request for an early withdrawal in writing to support@termplus.com.au.
Upon reaching the end of your term, your funds will be deposited back into your Superhero Wallet, unless you elect to roll them into a new TermPlus investment.
