Included in your request, please attach photos of 2 ID documents. One of these needs to be a “Primary” ID document.
Primary ID
- Australian Drivers Licence (front and back)
- Australian Passport
- Australian Medicare
Secondary ID
- Valid Foreign driver’s license which must have your date of birth. (Please send a photo of both sides).
- Australian Citizenship Certificate or Birth Certificate.
- ImmiCard.
- A Photo ID showing your name and current address.
- An Australian Federal Police check showing your name and current address (dated within 12 months).
- An ATO statement with your name and current address (please mask your TFN, dated within 12 months).
- An Australian government issued fine notice or correspondence with your full name and current address (dated within 12 months).
- A water or council rate bill with your full name and current address (dated within 3 months).
If you are providing a Proof of Age Card, Photo ID Card or Foreign Driver’s Licence, please also supply a selfie holding the ID, in addition to the ID itself.
By providing us with your information, you also consent to Superhero conducting electronic identity verification.
Superhero retains the right to request further Know Your Customer (KYC) information at our discretion, including certified physical copies of ID as required by law.
You will receive a notification via email once your IDs have been verified. You can then log into your Superhero account to complete the onboarding process.
