You can update your residential address by following the below steps:
- Log into your Superhero account via the web or mobile app
- Navigate to the ‘Profile’ tab then select ‘Profile Details’ to update your Residential Address.
- You will be prompted to enter a verification code that is sent to your registered mobile number or email address in order to finalise the change.
If you are unable to login, you can request for us to make the change via this form.
Please ensure you attach the following:
- A photo of you (selfie) holding a Government-issued photo ID.
- If this is a driver’s licence, please ensure you send both the front and back.
